History
This project, powered with a single Walter HWK109-509 rocket motor, resembles the Ta.183 "Huckebein", but is much smaller. Despite the similarity in names this design wasn't intended for the RLM's "Volksjäger" competition of September 1944, because the official specification called for a BMW.003 jet as the powerplant and conventional retractable landing gear.
