Applications Committee - this committee shall handle all applications for membership. It shall also decide on the acceptance of new members.
External Affairs Committee - handles all external affairs of the organization.
Secretariat - the task of this committee is to assist the Executive Secretary in the discharge of his duties.
Finance Committee - this committee shall take charge of the finances of the organization and assists the Treasurer in the discharge of his duties.
Press and Publications Committee - take charge of all publicity matters of the organization. It shall take charge of the Burabod, the publication of the organization.
Membership Committee - processes the renewal of membership and determines the status of the members and take charge of all electoral matters and conducts cases of impeachment.
Academic Committee - take charge of all academic activities of the organization.
Socio - Cultural Committee - take charge of all social and cultural activities of the organization and undertakes researches and studies on the Bicol culture and languages.
Sports Committee - handles all athletic activities of the organization.

AdHoc Padunungan - take charge of all activities regarding the annual Padunungan. The chair of this adhoc committee is appointed by the president of the organization.
AdHoc Bicol Week - handles all activities during the celebration of the Bicol Week.
AdHoc Anib - take charge of the anniversary celebration of the organization.
Adhoc CI (Community Integration) - coordinates with the community wherein the members will be integrating.
