Chris Holgerson
Chris Holgerson Back to Bios Home	Years Played: 1997-00 Position: Right Wing Number: 20 E-Mail: cholgers@optonline.net	Chris transferred to Stony Brook in 1997 from SUNY Fredonia. Chris was placed on defense upon first arriving, most notably for his hard-hitting checks. As the Seawolves defensive corp became stronger, Chris was moved to play forward for the remainder of his career. Chris was a member of the 1999-2000 team that went to the American Collegiate Hockey Association National Tournament for the first time in Stony Brook history; which was the same team that won the Metropolitan Collegiate Hockey Conference Championship. Chris graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, and he now teaches chemistry and biology for the Levittown School District.
