POSITION DUTIES

President:

Chairs all meetings.  Acts as mentor to Vice President and train him/her in leadership of the organization

Vice President

Chair any ad hoc committees or task forces of the organization.  The Program Committee Chair

Treasurer:

Maintains accounts, writes checks, balances checkbook and submits receipts and check requests to SBA treasurer.

Secretary:

Takes minutes at meetings, collects and sorts mail, maintains the bulletin boards.  Keeps record of membership and activities.
