Specification of one recycling plant for nominal capacity of 5000 kg/h.
The owner of the plant has produces 4000 kg/h.
Plant is designed for tire of car, truck and industrial rubber as well.
These facilities are made in Nevada (USA) for Germany and has very modern design.
The line is complete.
You can inspect this plant upon appointment in Germany, dismantled.
Model SK 5T
S&K Engineering fabricated the following tire reduction system engineered to recycle passenger car tires and truck tires
as well as industrial rubber in an in integrated reduction process to undamaged rubber granules for industrial use.
System included the following future:
1) One step shredding of passenger car tires mixed with truck tires to a tire chip of approx. 2 to 3 inches diameter.
The primary shredder reduces the complete tire without separating the steel sidewalls from the tire
(The steel and fluff separators enable to separate fluff and steel)
Minimal man power requirements, one operator to feed, and one operator to check the fluent operation at the discharge production.
2)- The turbine pulverizer reduces the tire chips to clean undamaged crumb rubber in controlled sizes ranging from 3 mm to 100 mesh
3)- The system produces rubber granules, which are totally free from steel and nylon fluff.
4)- The steel and fluff separators enable the operator to sales of the product, or the steel can be direct to reenter to
assist in the reduction of industrial rubber.
5)- The system filter incorporates the latest stand of technology in dust control
6)- The noise emission does not exceed 85 decibels
7)- The primary shredder is built to reduce 600 passenger car tires per hour (6 tons)
or about 3 tons mixed tires.
