I'm not a statistician, not even a marketer or clinical researcher, what
can I do for data analysis in between these professionals? The idea is
learning from data
. I used to be an
engineer to do image analysis and signal analysis from a system engineering
perspective. Why not apply the same learning metaphor
to business data from a generalist's conceptual point of view? I choose to cover marketing and health technology assessments not only because of my related backgrounds but also due to the intimately related goals of data analysis in these two arenas.
