Note: since I don't have access to a comprehensive collection of historical
road atlases, much of the info below is based on the research of Robert
Droz and Mike
Roberson.
This page is about the second US 411 (which is neither the current
US 411, nor the original
US 411). It existed for only about two years, and then it was decommissioned
when US 220 was extended over its former route. Photos from the Madison endpoint
