KNOWLEDGE IS POWER | ||||||||||||||||||||
Animals have a right to peaceful coexistence on this earth without our manipulation. Most animal abuse is the result of greed. e.g. circuses profit from animal abuse and slavery; zoos profit from exploitation of animals and in no way educate the public about the wildlife in their natural habitat. Animal abuse also occurs simply because of ignorance and meanness. Cruelty to a sentient being just to exert one's power over it is absolutely unacceptable. e.g. the beating of two llamas with golf clubs by two teenagers resulted in one llama dead and the other losing an eye and massive head injuries. We want you to join our family of compassionate students in the quest to speak up for animals who have no voice. YOU can make a difference! |
