The editor of the sites, is an experienced Airline "Commander"  that refers to a "Captain in Charge" of a commercial jetliner.

He's also got a profound background in executive & business jet aviation, in the capacities of;  Flight insructor, captain, test, check, senior and chief pilot. 

All were on top of an remarkable ex-naval aviation career in the capacities of;
Pilot in Command, Flight instructor and Test pilot as well.

Anyone who may have an interest for aviation and/or flying, is able to find out the secrets of nice and easy hand flying, required skills for future airline or corporate jet pilots, while enjoying the mystery of flying over a variety of geographic areas through all weather conditions.

One of the most precious talents of human, is the ability of self control/self management.

The term of "self control/self management" hereby, refers to the human's natural self command and control system via the marvelous physiological and neurological human system.

This is done in a combination of 
brain effort, common sense and intelligence.

That is to say;
BRAIN STORMING,COMMON SENSE and INTELLIGENCE pilots human physically and spiritually.

Now, just for a moment please try to imagine human's physical body as an airplane and
BRAIN  as the Commander (Captain,Pilot in Command) of the
so-called vessel.

While on the ground, bad piloting technique of so-called vessel may virtually cause unhappiness or falter the lifetime success rate of the physical body's owner. 

On the other hand, up in the air the consequences might turn out to be more serious or vital.

Up in the skies as we fly, we keep thinking of our rapidly changing positions, regional and realtime flight conditions of mother nature, suitable emergency alternate airports enroute, any possible emergencies that might be lurking to break out and proper handling procedures thereof and also consider possible unlawfull interference and  bomb scare procedures as well.

This is called as "Situation Awareness".

Unfortunately, in addition to our ongoing brisk and strenuous thinking efforts of endeavoring to keep one step ahead of damn fast jet planes, we are all subject to:

High quantities of radiation, less partial pressure of oxygen even under pressurized cabin conditions and dehumidification.
Even being negligibly small ( in jet transport airplanes ), everyday G factors due to certain flight conditions are still there bothering brain and other internal organs of human body.
On top of those, quite naturally, various degrees of stresses may build up on aircrew depending on the perfection of all mentioned conditions and most importantly the daily psychologic conditions of commanders,co-pilots, flight engineers if any and  cabin crew.  Maybe should have said "total aircrew".

As the mentioned level of stress varies by person to person dramatically, the rules of 
Crew Resource Management is so important to be followed.

Nevertheless, on the course of obedience, each crew member should be delicately and carefully directed and commanded by the Commander Pilot, First or Second Officers those are already in the chain of command, in an effort of keeping the spirits of the whole crew of the assigned duty in good shape to complete the mission safely and effectively. 

In other words;
In spite of all unfavorable conditions those might be lurking;
"FLY THE BIRD HOME... FLY SAFELY"
