Brevard, North Carolina - Brevard is the site of the United States Sports Academy's Distance Running Team.  Brevard is located in western North Carolina at the entrance to the Pisgah National Forest.  Brevard is an ideal training spot for distance runners with the following advantages:
- Miles and miles of soft trails through the Pisgah National Forest
- A brand, new state-of-the-art track facility on the grounds of Brevard Junior College.
- A mild climate with temperatures in the summer ranging from 50's to 90's, and winter temperatures
  from 20's to 50's.
- Small town atmosphere ideal for focused training and studying.
