History |
Constitution-class Federation starship, registry no. NCC-1709, commanded by Commodore Robert Wesley. Lt. Whatley transferred from the Lexington to the U.S.S. Enterprise a week before the tribble incident at K-7. A few months later it served as the flagship of four vessels involved in the disastrous M-5 wargames, during which 53 crew members were killed. |
Not much is known about the USS Lexington NCC 1709-A or B. All we know is that they served the Federation loyally. NCC 1709-C was crippled in the Dominion War. It was rebuilt as a Sovereign class to demonstrate that the name Lexington can not be silenced and will live on as long as the Federation exists. |
