Thirty nine Federation Starships and eleven thousand personnel are lost in the battle. In the aftermath, the Enterprise manages to rescue Captain Picard and use his link to the Borg collective to destroy the ship. Gowron is confirmed as leader of the Klingon High Council. The Klingon civil war begins when the Duras family challenges Gowron. Worf resigns his Starfleet commission in order to join Gowrons side in the war. Alia Bomar begins taking additional classes in engineering. Art Gerwulf enrolls in theFerntree Gully Centre for the Culinary Arts. 2368 After discovering that the Romulans are assisting the Duras family, Starfleet sends a fleet to the Romulan-Klingon border. The fleet is successful in preventing Romulan border crossings. Gowrons forces defeat the Duras family, although the sisters Lursa and B'Etor escape. Worf returns to Starfleet service. Data's head is discovered in a cave under San Francisco, apparently left there approximately 500 years before. Analysis of artefacts found near the head suggest that they originate from Devidia II in the Marrab sector. Whilst investigating the planet, Data discovers that alien life forms are travelling back in time to Earth in order to prey on the inhabitants. The android is thrown back in time to the nineteenth century. The Enterprise's senior crew follow him back in time. Relic Dracones Graduates from Starfleet Academy, and begins working for Starfleet Intelligence out of Deep Space 5. Orren Aenghus graduates from Starfleet Academy, but takes a personal leave of absense upon graduation. Randi Kaitland enrolls in Starfleet Academy. Laurel Variss serves a field medic for a Bajoran resistance cell. 2369 Data's head is severed from his body as he returns to the present from 19th century Earth. Geordi LaForge attaches the head found under San Francisco to his body successfully. The Enterprise crew is successful in destroying the aliens on Devdia II. The Cardassians retreat from the Bajoran system, abandoning the Terok Nor ore processing facility in orbit of the planet. The Bajoran Provisional Government asks Starfleet to take over the running of the station. Commander Benjamin Lafayette Sisko is appointed as commanding officer. Shortly after he takes command, Sisko discovers a stable wormhole in the Bajoran systems Denorios belt. The wormhole has existed for at least 10,000 years in a stable state, apparently due to the influence of aliens who live within it. Sisko is successful in convincing the wormhole aliens to allow traffic to use the wormhole. A Borg vessel is detected in Federation space. The ship is discovered to be operating outside the influence of the Borg collective, under the control of the android Lore. Lore manages to disable Data's ethical subroutine and convince him to join forces with the Borg. He also captures several of the senior officers of the Enterprise also. 2370 Dr. Beverly Crusher, in command of the Enterprise during the absence of Captain Picard, is successful in destroying the Borg vessel. Lieutenant Commander LaForge manages to reinitiate Data's ethical subroutine; Data disables and then dismantles Lore. Jean-Luc Picard convinces the Q to allow Humanity to continue to exist by demonstrating that we are capable of understanding "the limitless possibilities of existence". The experience involves Picard visiting alternate timelines created by Q, which draws the Captain closer to his crew and leads to him joining the regular senior officers poker game for the first time. The Dominion destroys the USS Odyssey. Anne Chamberlain accepts an assignment on board the USS Voyager. Relic Dracones transfers to the USS Carolina. Orren Aenghus accepts an assignment working at the Starfleet Shipyards near Mars. Jack Hsung graduates from Starfleet Academy, and is assigned to the USSS Majestic as Ops Officer. 2371 USS Voyager is dragged into the Delta Quadrant by the Caretaker; the Caretakers Array is destroyed, stranding the ship over 70,000 light years from home. The Amargosa star system is destroyed by Dr. Tolian Soran. The Enterprise-D is destroyed whilst attempting to prevent Dr. Soran from similarly destroying the Veridian system. Voyager discovers Amelia Earhart alive in the Delta Quadrant. Shane Duende divorces Commander Lora Karel. Lora Karel leaves Starfleet and joins the Marquis seven months later. Distraught over the loss of his wife on the USS Voyager, Grant Chamberlain seeks reassignnment and is chosen for a cultural exchange program with the Tamarians due to his education and training. William T. Morrison enters Starfleet Academy. Vella Cariss enters Starfleet Medical. 2372 The USS Enterprise, NCC 1701-E, is launched. Thomas Eugene Paris becomes the first known Human being to achieve Warp 10 and travel at infinite speed. Quinn, a member of the Q continuum, commits suicide despite warnings that the disruption to the continuums philosophy could result in chaos. The Q civil war begins some time afterwards. Voyager is briefly captured by the Kazon. Verana Lokine enters Starfleet Academy. Laurel Variss enters Starfleet Academy (Medical Division). Alia Bomar graduates from Starfleet Academy with a medical degree and is assigned to Deep Space 5. Jack Hsung is promoted to Lt. and transferred to the USS Galaxy. 2373 Voyager is re-taken by Paris and a small group of Talaxians. Seska is killed during the operation. The Q civil war ends when Voyager crew members, using Q weapons, capture several important members of the continuum. The Borg launch an attack on the Federation, culminating in a fierce battle in Sector 001. The Borg ship is destroyed, but manages to send a vessel back in time to assimilate Earth in 2063. the USS Enterprise follows and restored the timeline to normal. Starfleet mines the entrance to the Bajoran Wormhole. The Dominion attacks and captures the station, while Starfleet and Klingon forces destroy Dominion shipyards in Cardassian space. The Dominion war begins. Voyager becomes involved in a war between the Borg and Species 8472, who have invaded Borg space in retaliation for the Borgs attempts to assimilate them. Relic Dracones returns to Starfleet Intelligence. Randi Kaitland graduates from Starfleet Academy and is assigned to the USS Viper. 2374 Alia Bomar is assigned to Utopia Planitia Shipyards as a designer. Adrian Duraham enters Starfleet Academy. Voyager, armed with Borg weapons, inflicts a major defeat on Species 8472. They retreat to their own dimension, effectively ending the war. A Borg drone called "Seven of Nine, tertiary adjunct to unimatrix zero one" is captured by Voyager crew members when she attempts to assimilate the ship after the victory. Kes undergoes a transformation into a higher life form. Her last act in our universe is to hurl Voyager some 10,000 light years toward Earth. Starfleet and Klingon forces win a major victory over the Dominion at the "Valley of Death", and recapture Deep Space Nine. Voyager encounters the Krenim, a species who use temporal technology in weapons applications. The encounter passes peacefully. Voyagers EMH is transferred to the Alpha Quadrant by an alien communications array. Starfleet learns of the ships predicament for the first time. First Contact with the Hirogen. The Romulans join the war against the Dominion. The first Allied offensive captures the Chin'Toka system from the Dominion. Jadzia Dax is killed by Gul Dukat, who seals the entrance to the Wormhole. The Dax symbiont develops life-threatening complications whilst on its way home to Trill; to save its life it is transplanted into the only available host, Ezri Teegan. Jack Hsung is promoted due to actions durring the Dominion War, and is transferred toto Starfleet Intelligence. 2375 Ben Sisko uses the Orb of the Emissary to reopen the Bajoran Wormhole. Voyager crosses a 2,500 light year wide gulf in space - possibly the gap between two galactic arms. Voyager attempts to use an enhanced Slipstream drive to return home in a matter of seconds. The attempt fails, but does succeed in moving the ship some 10,000 light years further on its journey. Afterward it becomes clear that interference from the future saved the ship from destruction. Voyager steals a transwarp coil from the Borg. In the process, Seven of Nine is captured by the collective. She is rescued by Janeway. Voyager uses the transwarp coil to get a further 20,000 light years closer to home - a good fifteen years off their trip. The Breen become Dominion allies. A Breen fleet launches an attack against Earth, destroying Starfleet Headquarters and badly damaging the San Francisco area. The Breen suffer heavy losses in the attack. The Chin'toka system is retaken by Dominion and Breen forces. The USS Defiant is destroyed during the battle. The USS Republic is also destoyed in the Chin'toka system. Shane Duende is given temporary field promotion to Captain of USS Justice. The Cardassian population rises up against the Dominion. The Dominion destroy a city of 2 million people in retaliation. The Cardassian fleet switches sides, helping the Allies to inflict a major defeat on the Dominion and Breen forces. The Dominion surrender, ending the war. Captain Sisko defeats the Pah-Wraiths, sealing them into the fire caves forever. Sisko joins the Prophets in the Bajoran Wormhole. USS Voyager encounters the USS Equinox in the Delta Quadrant. Starfleet's Refitting and Rebuilding Shipyard (SRRS) taskforce goes into operation two months after the ned of the Dominion War.. Art Gerwulf graduates from the Ferntree Gully Centre for the Culinary Arts. 2376 Relic Dracones is transferred to USS McNichol as First Officer. The USS Equinox is destroyed. Voyager rescues several of the Equinox crew, who continue to serve on the ship. Voyager acquires a shuttlecraft which Tom Paris names Alice. The ship is subsequently destroyed in a particle fountain. The Cardassia Plan is created, a formal aid program by the Klingon, Romulan, and Federation forces, re-construction and refinancing of Cardassia Prime begins. Tuvok is seriously injured when he is attacked by the Ba'Neth, a mysterious species long thought by the Kessat to be mythical. Voyager is able to discover a Ba'Neth outpost and gain information which allows Tuvok to recover successfully. Voyager encounters the underspace corridor network which allows extremely high speed travel across a large portion of the galaxy. Seven of Nine reawakens one of the remnants of the Vaadwuar species, who have lain dormant for 892 years in stasis pods after being destroyed by an alliance including the Turei. Vaadwuar ships attempt to capture Voyager, and although they are defeated many of the Vaadwuar escape into the corridor network. The Enterprise arrives at DS9 from the Badlands, bringing the lost Orb of Memory, as well as Commander Elias Vaughn who will become XO of DS9. Kira uploads Istani's prophetic book to Bajor's communications network and is attainted by the Vedek Assembly for her actions. Kitana'klan sabotages DS9's fusion reactor, but Kira jettisons the reactor prior to explosion. A second Jem'Hadar, Taran'atar, is revealed to be the true representative sent by Odo. Voyager recovers the body of Lieutenant John Mark Kelly, one of the early Mars astronauts, from a graviton ellipse in which he has been trapped for 344 years. Voyager uses an alien catapult device to advance several years in its journey towards Earth. Reginald Barclay, working on starfleets Pathfinder project succeeds in contacting Voyager via an advanced communications technology. The advance means that regular contact with the Starship will now be possible. Voyager encounters a planet which exists in a highly accelerated time frame compared to the rest of the galaxy. The ship has a large though unintentional effect on the planets culture. Ensign Lindsay Ballard returns briefly to Voyager, having escaped the Kobali who were holding her captive. She returns to the Kobali after it becomes clear that she can no longer consider herself Human. Kes returns from her travels, furious at Captain Janeway and the crew of Voyager for having - as she sees it - abandoned her. Janeway is able to convince her that she can adapt to her new life by returning home. Janeway attempts to begin a rebellion amongst the Borg by infiltrating the virtual environment known as "unimatrix zero". The Delta Flyer is destroyed. 2377 Orren Aenghus is denied a postion on the new USS Odyssey-A due to his bad hearing. The Starfleet Refitting and Rebuilding taskforce suffers a huge lose when the USS Odyssey-A suffers a sudden core breech, killing all 600 workers and crew aboard it at the time. The Mars Orbital Spacedock is heavily damaged, and requires seven months of repair time. Starfleet immediately announces that they will once again build another USS Odyssey, in homage to both the crew of the orginal, and the crew killed in the accident. William T. Morrison is transfered to USS Thunderchild. The Borg rebellion is successful in escaping the control of the collective, with the assistance of Voyager. The Defiant begins a six month exploration of the Gamma Quadrant. Preparations begin for Bajor's induction into the Federation. At the inductuction ceremony Bajoran leader Shakaar Edon is killed by Trill Security Hiziki Gard in full view of Admiral Leonard James Akar, Gul Macet and many federation Representivies. Voyager lands on a planet and undergoes a major maintenance cycle. This is interrupted before completion. Most of the Voyager crew is kidnapped and their memories altered in order to turn them into workers on the Quarren homeworld. The few remaining crewmembers are eventually able to recover their comrades. Q makes a visit to Voyager and forces Captain Janeway to assist in the raising of his son, Q2. Voyager's EMH writes a holonovel entitles "Let Photons be Free". The book becomes a major success in the Federation, and a legal wrangle over authorship rights results in a landmark case which establishes that holograms have the right to control over artistic works which they produce. Voyager finds the Friendship One probe. The Starship is able to repair much of the damage done to the planet it landed on. Neelix departs Voyager, becoming the Federation ambassador to the Delta Quadrant in general. Voyager reaches Earth through a Borg transwarp hub, destroying it in the process. The Borg Collective is severely damaged and scattered. 2378 Kathryn Janeway is promoted to Admiral. Starfleet begins to reintroduce civilian chef's on select Starfleet ships and Starbases, on the Advice of Admiral Janeway. Worf transfers to the Enterprise-E. The USS Sentinel is launched. Alia Bomar transfers to the USS Sentinel as Cheif Medical Officer. Laurel Variss graduates from Starfleet Academy with a medical degree and is assigned to the Bajoran relief teams, as per request. Art Gerwulf business, already suffering, goes out of business. Art takes a few job at large commercial establishments, but finds the experiance unsatisfying. He applies for a job at Starfleet HQ. Adrain Duraham graduates from Starfleet Academy and is assigned to Outpost 2812, near the Talo's Star Group.. 2379 Jeron Navaro graduates from Stafleet Acadmy and is assigned to a six month tour aboard the USS Aurora. Reman leader Shinzon kills the Romulan Senate, and takes over the Romulan Empire. Commander Will Riker and Deanna Troi wed on Earth. The Enterprise-E is dispached to Romulus at the invitation of the new Praetor, Shinzon, to initiate peace talks. It is later discovered Shinzon (Revealed to be a clone of Cpatain Picard) murdered the entire Romulan senate to gain power and is wielding a weapon of mass destruction; the Enterprise-E is successful in stopping his vessel, but at the loss of longtime crewmember Lieutenant Commander Data. Captain Duende is given command of the Odyssey-B. Relic Dracones, Verana Lokine, Grant Chamberlain, William T. Morrison, Randi Kaitland, Alia Bomar, Jack Hsung, Orren Aenghus, Vellla Cariss, Jeron Navaro, Adrain Duraham, and Laurel Variss are all transfered to the new Odyssey-B. The USS Odyssey-B is launched. The USS Odyssey-B foils a Section 31 plot to infect the Romulan Empire with a deadly plague. The Odyssey is heavily damaged during the mission and requires three weeks of repairs at Starbase 24. SFI Recalls Commander Relic Dracones while the Odyssey is in spacedock, and sends him on a top secret mission to rescue Commander Gene Starwind, previously of the USS Sentinel from a Romulan Prison camp. While he was successful in rescueing the Commander, he suffered severe Disruptor wounds during the mission, and later died of heart failure stemming from these injuries. Lt. Orren Aenghus leaves Starfleet after learning his daughter Lissa had contracted an incurable disease. |
