Vision
To plan commemorative events that honour the contributions of Canada's Servicemen and Servicewomen as well as those on the Homefront, and enlighten the Canadian public about the historic significance of those accomplishments in the development of Canada as a nation.

Responsibilities
The Veterans' Commemorative Association meets every second month to share information about commemorative initiatives, events and programs throughout B.C. The Committee also plans joint commemorative events that profile B.C. History, Heritage, and Heroes.

Membership
Membership is open to representatives from the Royal Canadian Legion; Army Navy and Air Force Veterans in Canada; Korea Veterans Association; Canadian Merchant Navy Veterans Association; National Aboriginal Veterans Association; Veterans Affairs Canada; Regimental Associations; Other Veterans Groups, Cadets, Girl Guides, Boy Scouts, and interested individuals who share this common interest and vision.
