Monitor includes a vacuum gauge controller and two digital temperature panel meters.
  • There is an optical meter relay interlock on the vacuum gauge controller.
  • There are two temperature meters with set point relays. One is used in temperature control and the other is used for over-temperature protection.

Front panel and interior of the monitor unit are pictured. Mounted on the hinged front panel are the vacuum gauge controller and the two digital temperature panel meters. The panel also contains power switches for the vacuum and temperature gauges with on/off indicating lamps. There is a vacuum interlock bypass switch for testing without vacuum.

Side views of the monitor unit.

The left side contains a male power inlet plug and access port for the cable with connector to the TC vacuum gauge tube and thermocouple extension cables to the type "S" thermocouples in the vacuum chamber. Shown is a type "S" thermocouple probe for testing purposes. The TC cable connectors would be connected to a dual TC vacuum feedthrough on the vacuum chamber port.

The right side contains convenient 115VAC outlet receptacle and interlock outputs to the power control unit (via a banana plug cable, as shown).
