EUROFIGHTER
The Eurofighter is maybe the best European fighter ever made. It's the best multi-role fighter, the fighter of the 21st century.
History:
The Eurofighter's program first started in 1988 with the cooperation of England, France, Germany, Italy and Spain, but in the way Fance quitted. Lately Greece has entered the program and will get 60 airplanes in 2005. The Eurofighter's program started in order to face the new Russian fighters, like MiG-29 and Su-27. The program was almost canceled because of the fall of USSR.
