The story of the clan of the black wolf dates back before Christ. This family has survived millennium of torment and torture, loss and grief. It all started Drac Dracule. Drac never knew who turned him into a vampire, and he can hardly remember what he did before he died, but ungrateful he is not. When he awoke from his grave and found himself this new form, instincts took over and brought him forth from his coffin. He remembers early times before any form of modern technology and deep forests where he and his adopted father lived. Bartox took Drac in under his wings; literally. Bartox was a rare winged vampire, already over two million in the year 758 BC. However Bartox was of a different clan, the brown monkey, the two got along wonderfully.
It was until 680 BC when Drac met a young woman named Fauna. Only afterwards was it that Bartox believed Drac could care for himself and the new addition to the family. Fauna was turned by her mate, Drac and five centuries later they conceived a daughter LaUra. Living in the Carpathian Mountains was hazardous, but well worth being away from people. However, on one of Drac's outings for blood at the base of his mountain, where travelers came and went, in the year 230 AD there was a man being attacked by bandits. Drac saved this handsome young man of flowing black hair and cold blue eyes. Soon after he turned this man, John DuKane into a vampire for his daughter.
LaUra and John had a son Herraldo in 232 AD, whom turned out to be a real bad egg. But every other child after him died of various reasons; all were girls. It seemed to the family that John and LaUra were unable to conceive anything but one son, successfully.
Herraldo, on the other hand was quite productive and made himself many vampire offspring, two of which are Brant and Arrmaduke. Brant was disowned by everyone because of his lack of self-control. for this, Herraldo changed him merely to get even with the world. Arrmaduke was a passing fancy, tossed out after 50 years. Herraldo was a cruel vampire and father. His excuse was it was his father's fault for not loving him. This is not true for it is a fact that John cannot help but love ALL people. Herraldo found a vampire mate Kimberly the same day he discarded Arrmaduke; she was a replacement and Arrmaduke knew it. And what a coincidence that Arrmaduke fell for Kimberly's sister Castella, whom were both from the clam of the black fox, not black wolf. Herraldo had a son, Amberdrake with Kimberly and later found a pretty face, Bianca, to change and conceive Bertram with.
Arrmaduke, on the other hand, stayed with the black fox clan, and with Castella conceived a son. then mortal threats endangered their likelihood and it was Arramduke's duty to distract the hunters away from the family as they fled from their home. However, Arrmaduke never again saw or heard of the black Fox clan after that incident. Once again he lost dear ones. When he was alive he and his cousin fortified the future of the Kcudagen family. After his change, Arrmaduke changed a woman, but this wasn't long lived. Mere hours after it was complete she was killed by villagers. Then Castella, and he lost her forever as well.
Arrmaduke was killed in battle in 1736, only to be brought back accidentally by a witch trying to resurrect his great prodigy after him, a man named Duke in the year 2020. the mess was soon straightened and Arrmaduke was given his body back and Duke came back as well. It so happened that the son he had with his cousin went on to continue the family till this point. Currently there was Duke, Drake, Rose as siblings and all their children. Arrmaduke was quite proud that at least this half of his family survived this long.
It was soon to be that he and a mortal girl fell in love, but he would not make the mistake of changing her only to loose her. Holding back strength and the desire to feed off Sherry, he had two children with her, Chektore and Hatchatshone.
Believe it or not, but the Black Wolf clan all found each other in the city that Arrmaduke resided in. a surprise came their way, for John's biological father Louis DuKane came as well, however he was apart of a different clan; the red fox. John expelled his mother, whom he had absorbed to keep her from death out of love and now she, Asakura Arpana and her lover Louis were together as well.
Bartox cam as well to find his adopted family to tell them that he was on the verge of the last level of power for his physical form, that after the change he would be nothing more than pure energy, but his family wished not the amusing wise loving one to leave, as well as the fact that Bartox met a young goth woman and fell for her.
