God
looked
around
his
garden
And
He
found
an
empty
place.
He
then
looked
down
upon
this
earth,
And
saw
his
tired
face.
He
put
His
arms
around
him
and
lifted
him to
rest.
God's
garden
must
be
beautiful
He
always
takes
the
best.
He
knew
that
he was
suffering
He
knew
that
he was
in
pain
He
knew
that
he
would
never
get
well
on
earth
again.
He
saw
the
road
was
getting
rough.
And
the
hills
are
hard
to
climb.
So
He
closed
his
weary
eyelids,
And
whispered
"Peace
be
thine".
It
broke
our
hearts
to
lose
him
But
He
didn't
go
alone
For
part
of us
went
with
him
Though
the
smiles
are
forever
gone
and
his
hands
we
cannot
touch
We
will
always
have
sweet
memories
of
the
one we
loved
so
much.
We
dedicate
this
page
for
those
who
have
lost a
loved
one.
As
we
were
grieving
the
loss
of a
loved
one,
this
poem
was
shared
with
us by
a
Hospice
volunteer.
We
thank
God
for
the
compassion
He's
placed
in the
hearts
of
Hospice
volunteers.
When
Hospice
entered
into
our
life
it was
like
God
sent
His
special
angels
to
help
us
through
each
day.
