God
whispers to me in autumn
When
the earth is turning golden
brown
In
the rivers flow and the
woodlands
As
the leaves come drifting down
In
the beauty that surrounds us
On
the rolling hills and plains
In
the middle of a harvest day
As
barns are filled with grain
My
heart is full of gladness
For
the bounty of the land
For
Your Awesome working wonders
And
Your mighty steady hand
I
whisper "Thank you God
For
the autumn crisp and sweet
For
your beauty and your colors
And
for this autumn treat."
