Come and reminisce with me about a wonderful vacation in Greece that my husband, Gary and I took with a group of our Burbank friends. Our trip started with a fun Bon Voyage Party at the beautiful home of Jenna and Larry Chandler (the Travelingman) where we dined on authentic Greek food and wine.

Then we packed our suitcases, grabbed our passports and were ready for a magical vacation in Greece.  We looked forward with great anticipation to visiting the Acropolis and the Parthenon; taking a bus tour past the Royal Palace, the Monument of the Unknown Soldier, the Olympic Stadium, and visiting the National Archaeological Museum.  We could hardly wait to shop for gifts in the Plaka area of Athens. After touring Athens and the ruins of Delphi, we will board a ship in the port city of Piraeus and cruise the Aegean Sea to the islands of Rhodes, Santorini, Patmos, Mykonos, Lindos and Delos and the exotic cities of Ephessos and Istanbul, Turkey.
