When I was a child my mother and my step dad at the time used to take me to the movies.  I remembered that there was a 3D double feature: Parasite” and
The Revenge of the Shogun Women.

The Revenge of the Shogun Women was a story about a village that was brutally attacked by a warlord who was so fierce that he used his ponytail as a killing weapon.

Only the women of the village survived and learned the fighting style of the Shogun monks.  As a testament to their teachings they all shaved their heads and adopted the way of life of the monks.   Then, the bad-ass ponytail warlord returned to the village, thinking that he would put an end to them by killing the survivors, but ended up getting his glutimus maximus kicked royally.  It was awesome!  This is a rotten apple film, but it was engaging enough for me to remember it after all of these years.

I must have been 6 or 7 years old when I saw it, but I never forgot it.  For years, my ex-boyfriend and I have been trying to find this movie for me and still we have found very few leads.

I also used to watch Saturday afternoon
Kung Fu movies as a child on TV, which fascinated me more.  I am officially a  fan.

I enjoyed watching the action-packed adventures.  I was mesmerized by the feats of skill and danger of superhuman proportions. I listened to the morals they were trying to teach.
