DREAM WALKING
Dream walking can be dangerous.. VERY dangerous so whatever you learn here or elsewhere, please by all means be VERY careful!!!

I think the simplest way to dream walk is to focus on a person before you fall asleep.  Think about them, everything you know about them, what they look like, what they look like when they are sleeping, how you feel about them, times you've laughed with them.. establish the connection once more while you are thinking about them.  And then imagine speaking to them face to face.. at some place could be imaginary or real.  And go to sleep with all your thoughts turned to them.

This process may need to be repeated several nights in a row.  You may need to spend more time with the person, talking to the person, spend some time recounting all of your memories together.  Things to establish that connection even further.

I think there are things you can do to make yourself comfortable before attempting to virtually travel in your dream.  Baths--- oooh how wonderful those are!!!!  And to help make them pleasurable: bath salts, bath solutions, bath balls, bubble bath, herbal bath soap bars, incense, candles, lights out when you are in the bath, serenity sounds playing while you are in the bath.  All of these are great!!

Sometimes all it takes to relax is simply stopping thought.  And every time you start to think of something.. make yourself stop.  Clear your mind.  How incredible that can be!!

A great way to relax is also to imagine yourself first sitting near a lake that has mist rising up.  Then imagine the mist coming near you.  Then imagine yourself slowly floating towards the middle of the lake.  Then imagine yourself having water beneath you and mist everywhere around you.. above, below, right, left, back, front... completely surrounded.  Then imagine yourself being lift up above the water and sitting upon mist.  And all you can see anywhere you look is mist.  And just relax in this new world of mist.

Helping yourself to focus on things is always good practice.  You can draw a circle on a piece of paper and tack it to the wall and just focus on the circle and let everything else disappear.

Find a picture or tarot card or book cover and just focus entirely on the picture and on every single detail.  After say about half an hour or longer of focusing upon the picture... put the picture down and try to remember what the picture looks like detail by detail.
