Red Robin's |
Red Robin's is the place to be if you want an adventure for the taste buds. It's retro-style dining and intriguing, yet satisfying burgers, make even a vegetarian hungry. Red Robin's covers everyone's preference of what a perfect, American burger is truly like. They allow even the wildest imagination run free. |
Upon arriving to Red Robin's, just outside the Patrick Henry Mall, the retro-theme already starts to set in. Once inside the theme continues in a more modern kick. The TV just below your feet and the hundreds of balloons above, set a mood of a fun and playful atmosphere. From a hip, sleek bar to the old-fashioned signs, adds a dash of style. All of these pulled together makes one happening place. |

Once sat my the bubbly host, we began to look at the menu. They had a wide variety of burgers like a buffalo-styled Texas burger. Their menu also included such things like: salads, smoothies, alcoholic beverages and much more. After about five minutes the waitress was ready to take our orders with a bright smile. My boyfriend got the American classic cheeseburger, while my friend, Jordan, got himself a Santa Fe burger. Meanwhile I ordered a crispy chicken tender salad and a groovy smoothie, yum! |

After our orders were taken I took a look around at the six TVs they had installed. Within minutes, our food was up. Crisp, green lettuce, bacon, eggs, cheese and chicken was a large amount for even me to eat. Jordan's burger seemed to have brought him to tears but he enjoyed every last bite. Of course my boyfriend loved his typical burger. We decided not to go after the desserts although they did have some good ones. Anything from a scoop of ice cream to a huge slice of chocolate cake with chocolate ice cream and peanut butter topped with real whip cream. We were just too full to even think about crossing that line. |

Overall the restaurant was very pleasing. They had an incredible staff that didn't give attitude if they were asked a question. They were very knowledgeable about what they sold and gave some hints of which ones were popular to a lot of customers. According to them the classic and the monster burger are always the best or top ones sold. I would indeed recommend this place if you're interested in a good old-fashioned burger with the old-fashioned service. All in all this is my favorite place from now on. |
