Happy Saint Patty's Day all! I hope that you're all getting as sloshed as you can, or are actually celebrating the real meaning of SPD (whatever that may be). Well, I ran out of webspace on my other geocities account and I can't afford webspace at the moment, so I put the reviews main page on this new account. This, however, is a bigger hassle then I realized. So, you only get one review for tonight. I have 3 or 4 I need to type up. I've also decided to leave all the reviews that were done in the beginning with my old system how they are. This is for two reasons. One, I'm lazy. Two, since I added more stuff to how I do my reviews, it would require me to go back and watch all those movies again. Maybe the ones I really like I'll re-do. For now, enjoy Dawn of the Dead (2004). And look forward to those others this weekend. Much love!

Sunday, January 02, 2005:
I have for you tonight...Carnival of Souls and Wicked. I had a good vacation, but I'm glad to be back. I don't know my schedule yet, but I hope to get "Children Shouldn't Play With Dead Things" and my roundtable review "Cat Women of the Moon" done tomorrow. Enjoy!

Thursday, December 16, 2004:
Howdy! I have for you tonight...High Plains Drifter, When a Stranger Calls, and Sleepaway Camp. I'm going on vacation from the 18th to the 31st...so I don't know if I'll update. Maybe ^_^ If you're lucky! Hehehe. Enjoy!

Thursday, December 09, 2004:
Hahaha. Instead of studying for my finals I decided to watch Prom Night and type up my reviews for Blair Witch Project 2 and Capricorn One. I would've watched and written a review forDelicatessen but the tape was bad (this is the second tape this has happened to...damn you Family Video!). So...as always, enjoy.
Update:
Saturday, December 04, 2004:
Well! Look at me, I'm an updating machine! I have a lot of reviews for ya. Hang 'Em High, The Bat, House on Haunted Hill (1958), and Passion of the Christ. If you really liked Passion or are easily offended I wouldn't read that review. Mel opened a can of worms and I scooped them up. Welp, that's it. If everything goes as planned you should have a few more movies to read about tomorrow. Enjoy.
Update:
Thursday, December 02, 2004:
Hey, Hey. I still haven't written the review for "Hang Em High" but I'll get on that this weekend. But for tonight I have Chronicles of Riddick for you. I'm going to go through the process of updating my reviews and whatnot. I'm adding some new features to the reviews. Hopefully I can do that. We'll see ^_^ I'm full of empty promises. Anyway...enjoy!
Update:
Monday, November 29, 2004:
Hope everyone had a great Turkey Day! For you I have Ju-on! It's hard getting back into the groove of school and work when I had so much time off ^_^; I have a review for "Hang Em High" I just need to type it up. Enjoy!

I watched The Terminator a few days ago and finally got around to reviewing it. I'm planning on watching Bubba Ho-tep tonight and Friday the 13th tomorrow. So...hopefully I'll get that done. Look for it yo. Bye!

Update:
Tuesday, September 28, 2004:
I'm back from the deeeeaaaaad! I updated exactly one month ago! I'm sorry, my loyal fans, for taking so long to get around to watching and reviewing a movie. Sadly, real life sucks and I have to face it once in a while. Starting my new job and another semester of school, plus balancing school work, social life, and my husband is quite an accomplishment...but now that I've gotten the ball rolling of my reviewing again, I think I can fit it in my schedule on my days off. So! Now that it's OCTOBER (well...almost)...I do believe I'm going to try to make a HALLOWEEN themed month...so...starting with the obvious Halloween movies....I'm going to try to review only Halloween themed movies. It's not impossible...but hard. But...I believe! So...tonight I have Halloween for ya. Yay ^_^ Also...check out my "Halloween How To: Survival Guide" in Rogue Cinema's October's issue. And...if you didn't check out September's issue...here are the reviews I submitted: Sometimes They Come Back for More and Q: The Winged Serpent. As always...enjoy!
Update:
Wednesday, August 28, 2004:
Well, hello! I finally have an update for you! Yay! First of all...I reviewed Q: The Winged Serpent and Sometimes They Come Back For More but they are going into Rogue Cinema's September issue...so look for that. Today I watched Audition and that's up. I went to a pawn shop looking for a dreamcast last week and found a VHS copy of *drumroll* Hellraiser 3 so look for that this weekend...as well as Jack-o and Hellraiser 5. I also borrowed some movies from a friend and hopefully will get started sometime on Enough, Swimfan, Unfaithful, and Ready to Rumble. Of course I won't get to all of them...but I still have all Sunday and the rest of today. School starts on Monday and I start my new job on Tuesday...so I hope I can still get a decent amount of reviews out. I was lucky since I was unemployed for a year and had all the time in the world...but now I'm gonna be very busy. Bleh. So! As always...enjoy!
Update:
Wednesday, August 18, 2004:
Nothing exciting going on here! I saw Alien VS Predator on Monday and it was deliciously lame. Sorry...no review...I didn't want to be as lame as the people who went and saw that movie. Bwhahaha. But I secretly am! Ahahaha. Anyway. A new review just for you! Versus...a Japanese zombie flick. You'll have to read to understand. I have Hellraiser 4 ready to be watched...but I don't know if I should watch it till I get my hands on Hellraiser 3 (which I think is going to be impossible). I dunno! Wah! Anyway...as always...enjoy! Ciao!
Update:
Sunday, August 15, 2004:
Alright...before I go on to my updates...I have a little rant I'd like to go on. So I went to the video store today to rent Hellraiser 3. To my surprise...they had it! Excellent. They didn't have the DVD...so I grabbed the VHS. I'm not usually a fan of renting VHS from video stores 'cause they're always so grainy and in bad shape. So I go home and pop in the tape of Hellraiser 3...well...the first few minutes is jumpy...so I FF through the opening and a little bit of the beginning and it stops. So I'm watching it and it starts to jump again. It's turning to fuzz and then blue screen...damnit. So I FF s'more. I fast forward for the first 30 minutes of the movie and its STILL doing it. This tape was completely unwatchable. I'm so pissed off! How could someone return this tape and not mention anything of it? And what are people doing to a tape to make it do that??? Grah! It makes me so mad! I hope I get my money back. Also...while at the video store I saw this movie called "Faces of Death" and I thought it was a cheesy B movie so I picked it up to look at the box. It didn't occur to me that it was THE Faces of Death movie, where you watch people die. What sick fucko (excuse my language) wants to watch that? People dying? What the hell is wrong with people. And it must have been popular enough...because there were 5 of them. Ew...when I put the box down I felt so disgusted...like I had watched it. I remember my brothers talking about this movie at the dinner table when I was little...some girl gets chopped up by a boat motor (this happened to someone I know too...sick), some family kills and eats a dog, sick crap like that. First of all...who takes video of people dying and then who submitts them to these people??? Ugh. Anyway...enough of that (x-posted in my journal).
I watched Urban Legend. That's it. ^^; Oh well. Enjoy!
Update:
Friday, August 13, 2004:
*makes spooky sounds* Oooh! Happy Friday the 13th! Dang! If I had known I would have watched Friday the 13th today. Oh well. I typed up a bunch of reviews today...so be ready to read! Today we have: Pumpkin, Valentine, and Texas Chainsaw Massacre 4: The Next Generation. All I have to say is....I'm glad I'm done with the TCM movies. They didn't leave me feeling like death as much as the Nightmare on Elm Street series did...but I couldn't take much more. NMoES left me so strung out...I can't bring myself to watch Freddy VS Jason to complete the set of Freddy reviews (even though I've seen it before). Soon I'll be starting the Friday the 13th series...but I've got to finish up the Hellraiser series (which is on pause because I can't seem to find Hellraiser 3 for rent) and then Halloween. Anyway...enough of that. I still need to write my review on the 1977 version of Iron Monkey, so look for that later tonight...and I might watch another flick sometime tonight. The hubster is gone for the weekend...so I gots nothing to do (I need a job). Anyway...this has gone on long enough. Ciao!
Update:
Monday, August 09, 2004:
Well...I'm back from Grand Haven (which was pretty fun). I didn't get around to watching Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3 until today.
So here it is in all its glory! I'm also planning on watching Pumpkin tonight. So...yeah. That's that! Enjoy!
Update:
Thursday, August 05, 2004: Well! You certainly would have gotten a lot more reviews today BUT something was screwy with the phone lines today. I couldn't call long distance and my dialup wouldn't, well, dial up (and it's not long distance!) My hubby even said the satellite phones on the boat weren't working. Weird. Maybe it's some government plot...hehe, just kidding. Anyway...last night I watched Usual Suspects, The, so look of that. Also...I'm planning to try to watch The Eye and Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3: Leatherface. I'll try to watch them and review them tonight (if I don't keep getting sucked into this movie on TV (Sleeping with the Enemy)) because I'm going to Grand Haven this weekend for Coast Guard Fest and my hubby and I's 1-year anniversary. Woo! Anyway...I bore you no longer. Enjoy! Ciao!
Update:
Tuesday, August 03, 2004: Yay! Happy birthday to meeee! I've hit the big 2-0. Can ya believe it? So...for my birthday my hubby grabbed a random movie called Power of Attorney so look for that. I haven't gotten around to watching TCM 2 but I'll watch it tomorrow in the morning...so look for that tomorrow. Oh yeah...I updated almost all of the rest of my reviews. All that's left are all the "W" reviews! Yay! That's it! Ciao!
Update:
Friday, July 30, 2004: I reviewed a few movies a couple of days ago...but my hubby was back from work and I didn't have a chance to get on to computer. So here's: Pulp Fiction and Lost and Delirious. Be warned that L&D is a lesbian flick. My plans for the weekend are Hellraiser 2: Hellbound and Texas Chainsaw Massacre (the original one) and Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2. So look forward to it! Ohhwee! Enjoy! Ciao!
Update:
Monday, July 26, 2004: I actually watched a few movies since I last updated and did reviews for them...I just didn't update. I was having a problem with one of them and thought it sounded stupid so I revised. Anyway...enjoy the following...To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything! Julie Newmar, Runaway Jury, and Cube. All good movies. I'll probably watch a movie or two today...school is starting in a month so...of course things will slow down again. So I'll try to watch as many movies as I can in the next month. Ciao!
Update:
Thursday, July 22, 2004: I watched Lewis and Clark and George. I might watch another movie...I dunno...we'll see. That's it! Enjoy!
Update:
Wednesday, July 21, 2004: Wow! Almost a month since I updated. A lot has happened since my last review! I saw a TON of movies while visiting Cali but I felt nerdy whipping out a pad of paper while I watched to take notes...so I didn't. Oh well. My computer EXPLODED (not literally...but metaphorically) and my husband's laptop is so virused up that fixing it made it worse. My dad bought me a new CPU for my birthday, which I got today! I'm still in the process of reinstalling everything but I had enough done that I could make a new review. I put in the DVD for Hellraiser 2 but I failed to see the giant crack that was barely holding together (I hope I don't get blamed for it...it's been sitting on the TV all month)...so I popped in Phantoms, which wasn't bad. Tomorrow I'll watch Lewis and Clark and George...the box promises hilarity...I hope so! I honestly can't handle anymore crappy movies out of Rose McGowan... Anyway! Enjoy the review! I hope you missed me!
Update:
Wednesday, June 23, 2004: Y'know what? I'm not even gonna say anything about the revising...'cause you know I didn't do it. I won't mention it again until I actually do something about it. I did see s'more movies though! So...check those out ^_^ Hellraiser and Last Stop, The. Enjoy!
Update:
Saturday, June 19, 2004: Ugh, I don't think I'll ever get around to revising the rest of these reviews. I'll make an effort tomorrow...I really will! Anyway, got a couple of new ones for ya... Club Dread and Doom Generation, The. They're both "quickies" because I watched them on Wednesday and Thursday (respectively) and didn't take any notes on them...so it's to the best of my recollection here. I'm thinking about watching Last Stop, The tonight but I don't know...it's already late. I'm going back to California on July 1st...so I don't know if I'll be updating when I'm gone. Hopefully...'cause all my friends are movie buffs so... ^_^ Anyway, thanks for reading my reviews!
Update:
Monday, June 14, 2004: Again...I'm not done revising reviews. My hubby was home this weekend so I didn't have a chance to be on the computer much. I've decided, I'm never going to have kids. I have the WORST luck when I'm babysitting. Kids hate me. ;_; Anyway, I got to watch a movie while he was napping. Idle Hands is now up and tonight I also watched Devil in the Flesh. I did end up returning the Godfathers. Oh well. I've been on a Rose McGowan kick lately...so I'm getting a bunch of her movies in. Anyway...enjoy!
Update:
Wednesday, June 09, 2004: I'm still not done revise all the reviews but today I got done Millennium Actress to Preaching to the Perverted. Tonight I reviewed Starship Troopers, so check that out. I don't think I'm going to end up watching the Godfather movies. I know they're classics but I haven't been in the mood. I'm going to return them tomorrow. I'll try to finish revising the reviews tomorrow...I only have 31 more to go. Enjoy!
Update:
Saturday, June 05, 2004: I've revised reviews from 8 Guys to Mean Machine. I've also added my 100th Review!!! So check out Heathers. I will try to finish revising the rest of the reviews by tomorrow...but no promises. I have a few DVDs in my custody that I will try to watch and review tomorrow. Them being... Gothfather 2, Godfather 3, and Jack Frost 2. So! Until then!

"*yawn*" |
Phew! I'm tired. I haven't updated in a while but I have posted a bunch of new movie reviews over the past (almost) month. I won't put all the links to it up, as I assume you've prolly read them by now...if not...you're on your own. Why update now? Why not. School is going to be out in less than a month and I hope to up my movie watching (since I love it so). My best friend from Cali is coming to visit and she's as much as a movie buff as I so expect a guest reviewer sometime in May. Tonight (instead of studying for psychology) I decided to take a trip down memory lane and watch
[Scream]
This also marks my 80th movie review. *sniff* It's all happening so fast! Actually it took me 4 months to get up to 80 movies...wait...is that fast or slow?? Oh well. I'm super tired so...ciao!

"*Plays 70's Porn Music*" |
Hiiiii! Zeb and I went to see Starsky and Hutch in the theater today and I decided to do my first in theater review! So enjoy!!!!!:
Starsky and Hutch: The Movie
I guess it's redundant to call it "the movie" but just so you know it's not the TV series?? Oh well...enjoy anyway!
PS! Look for "Lost in Translation" this weekend. I watched it...but haven't typed up the review yet! ^_^

"If I watch any more Fredy I'll burst" |
Phew...I'm finally done with the Nightmare on Elm Street series. I think I'm set for a long, long time. I'm sure I'll grab "Freddy VS Jason" sooner or later...but preferably later ^^;; Anyway...check out:
Nightmare on Elm Street 7: New Nightmare
I couldn't decide whither I should rate it normal stars or with B movie ratings. It was a fairly normal movie but once it hit the end it started turning into a B movie (cheesy effects and stupid lines)...so I have it B movie rating. Either way...I didn't like it. ^_^; Anyway. Have fun.

"I think I'm set!" |
Ugh...I think I'm set on the Freddy Krueger movies. But like they say when you're working out...do it till you can't do anymore...and then do 2 more. Isn't that life. I have two more to watch...so look for those tonight...'cause I'm trying to get the boxset returned in a timely manner. So I've done
Nightmare on Elm Street 5: Dream Child
And look for NOES 6 and 7 sometime tonight (I'll update again). Also...the next round of movies I'll be watching are: Killer Condom, Wishmaster 3, and Wishmaster 4...I think I might die. They all sound so terrible. It's all for you my minions! ^_^; And maybe I have a sick fetish where I like to turn my brain into mush. Ahahaha.
Enjoy!
[EDIT:] I had the pleasure of reviewing Nightmare on Elm Street 6. There ya go. Deaaaath.

"I suck!" |
Well! I'm sorry my loyal fans (if I have any) but I suck! I've been busy and lazy at the same time. I've watched a few movies but I didn't review them because I didn't really feel like it and I had your best interest in mind. I didn't want to write a crappy review that I didn't want to write and you didn't want to read. But...now I'm on Spring Break...and save the time I'll be spending studying for my next midterm that I'll have to do when I get back...I'll be a movie watching machine. Although I'm still watching the Sopranos...I might get that done with this week (depending on my hubby) and then I can get more movies from Netflix... (although...the hubbster wants to start watching "The Shield" next so...I dunno...). Anyway, enough of that. I borrowed the entire boxset of Nightmare on Elm Street series from a friend so expect that! So far I've done:
Nightmare on Elm Street
Nightmare on Elm Street 2: Freddy's Revenge
Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors
I also found an old review that I had written but never posted of:
Wild Things
And...I'm about to start Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master so if that's not up when you check this...check back soon 'cause it'll be up sometime tonight or tomorrow.
^_^ I think that's it! I hope that makes up for my slacking! As always! Enjoy!!!

"You will marry me! It's been decided!" |
Notta much goin' on here! I had the day off from school today so I decided to watch a movie that was collecting dust on my shelf. I wish I hadn't waited so long ^_^ It was very amusing! Enjoy!
Samurai Fiction: Episode One
PS. I added another movie that I saw today. Enjoy yo's!:
House of the Dead

A New page! |
Okay...so I started a new page because my coding got all messed up and stuff. ^_^; So...I've added a new rating system to accomadate some particularly bad movies I've watched (it's for B movies)...so look out for that ^_^ Other than that...enjoy the two newest additions:
Wishmaster and Wishmaster 2: Evil Never Dies. BBFN!
