Deep End Live
A mini concert, as it is stated… but even the smallest of concerts has a monstrous approach. The song line up featuring some of Pete’s solo work, as well as some older favorites from the Who. The highlights of such being his outstanding performance of “A Little is Enough” and “The Sea Refuses No River”. The backing musicians being the same lot as in Tommy Live and Pete’s Lifehouse concert. Shiny baldness and all. The brass section seems especially good here. Although the set is short, very short, running at a minute shy of half an hour, and it seems even shorter when you get caught up in how well he performs the songs, it doesn’t disappoint. A Creepy Crawly rating of 4 and ˝ to this one.
