Yarn Meathod:
I like this meathod the best. Its the cheapest, you can find the materials everywhere, and its easy. there are two ways to do this. All you need is pantyhose, yarn, a needle with a big eye, and maybe a hot glue gun w/glue. Thank you Spazzy, for perfecting this meathod. now lets all hail
Spazzy! go to her site now! whee.

meathod one: you have to fit the pantyhose to your head, and then have some way of marking off where you need it. (elastic bands work well)  you should make it a bit bigger (not too much though!) than you need it. then, with a pen, mark off the back of your neck and where you will want the ears to be. then, take it off you head and sew where the elastic is. that is the base for your wig. then, take the yarn, (Phentex, Aunt Lydias, any yarn made with polyester. DON'T use regular yarn. it won't work.) and fold it in half. when you cut it, make sure that its about 4 times longer than you need it. then take the folded yarn and thread it through the needle. then, when youhave it through the needle, make sure, that the yarn is equal in length on either side of the needle. then, you thread the yarn through the nylon and just knot it. there is no need to double knott. then, just do that a million times over, to cover the whole nylon. then you take a dog comb and fray the yarn. then "presto!" you have a wig. this is how I made my Jemima wig.

Meathod two: this time, you cut the yarn in the lenth that you need it. this one goes much faster. you just fray the yarn first, then you glue it on. for both these meathods, you should make the front ruff thing longer than the back. save the ears till last and make those even longer than the front. this is how I am currently making my Etcetera wig.
Rubies Cats Hood (Cats Kit)
This Meathod was discoverd by
Marzi.  yay! you would proly get a better sence of how to do this if you went to her site. click here to go. I won't evern start to try to explain this, since I don'tknow the directions off hand, and I'm not gonna copy Marzi. I can say, that if you do this right, it will turn out looking very authentic. I have always wanted to try this meathod. it looks like fun! Bomby TRC used this and hers turned out very well indeed. go to her site.  Man, I love her sillabub wig. its so cool!

  Japanese Beast Wig

I would only use this meathod you were making a Rum Tum Tugger or a Bombalurina wig. its big, it takes a lot of work, and I don't like the look as much as the other meathods. I don't know how to really alter these things, but the best I've seen is
Obsidias Bombalurina wig. Yup that one is by far the best I've seen with these things. oh! and they are expensive. sorry, I just had to add that in. ^_^
