Victorian Black Silk Bustle Skirt
I Bought this beautiful silk bustle skirt on Ebay; carefully laundered and removed damaged areas.  I was also able to use the brown polished cotton footing as lining for some of my projects.  Remnants from a Victorian fringed Capelet and Beaded Mantle were also worked in.  The two  outfits shown have been sold but I still have some leftover that will be used at a later time, so please keep checking back.
The coat was made from the silk, lined with the footing of the original skirt.  Trimmings are antique beadwork and real fur.
The hat and skirt were made from this fabric.  The bodice was made from a vintage silk tie.
