Black Taffeta Petticoat &Remnants of Silk & Wool Cape

I forgot to take a picture of the cape before dismantling it but it was a Victorian Ladies' Shoulder Cape in black woollen fabric, trimmed with silk ruffle and ruching.  I washed it in mild soap and laid flat to dry.  I then removed any undamaged silk carefully, discarding the torn and shredded pieces.  I was able to incorporate them into the doll fashions by making hand rolled roses.  Some of the ruching was also put to use. The petticoat was in nice condition and remained strong after laundering.  All items have been sold
