Villa Magnolia, a small house for two, is located on the peninsula Lapad in Dubrovnik, by many the most beautiful and pleasent part of Dubrovnik. The surroundings of Mediterranean sub-tropic vegetation, together with our tastefully decorated apartment, will enable you to fully enjoy your vacation. The Sea and beaches are only 100 meters from the apartment, a big parking is just outside the house and the bus stop with regular bus conections to the Old Town is only 50 meters away.

ACCOMMODATION

We offer you one air-conditioned apartment (studio) for rent. The apartment is tastefully decorated with old antique furniture, still including all the modern equipment you might need. There is one big room, beautifully combining the kitchen and bedroom together. Additional  spaces and rooms include the bathroom, closets, and the terrace where you can enjoy drinking your morning coffee or having your dinner.
The price for renting the whole house in high season is 100 DEM per day and 80 DEM per day in low or shoulder season. For season 2002 our house will have air conditioning.
