This particular and fascinating   Tuscan house is located at the Chianti hills, between Florence and Siena. It stands at the edge of a 1000 year old medieval hamlet, at Barberino Val d'Elsa.The house is actually built on the castle's anciant walls, facing the valley, a wonderful view with an alternation of vine yards and olive groves.

Villa Chianti , published in several magazines, is an exemple of a careful restoration, with original terracotta floors and beamed ceilings, and yet with modern facilities. It is tastefully funished, with attention to detail. The swimming pool is positioned on a lovely private garden, just beside a loggia ,with a table for all fresco meals, from where one can enjoy a astonishing view.

Lower ground floor: Large living room/dinning room, stone walls and large windows facing the valley. Ground floor: Equipped kitchen with breakfast table and sitting room, one full bathroom with shower. First floor: Two double bedrooms (1 queen size bed + 2 twin beds). 1 single bedroom (1 twin bed) reached through one of the double rooms. One full bathroom with shower. Secaond floor: 1 double  bedroom (1 king size bed) sitting room with fire place and bathroom with shower and bath. Apartment at garden level: 1 double bedroom with 2 twin beds, one sitting room with sofabed and small kitchenette, one full bathroom with shower.
