Currently, we are four Swedish families that own and operate this house on a "time-share" basis. Yet given the size of the house, we feel that we have room for additional three members. If you are looking to co-own a beach along the coast of the beautiful Island of Brac, this will be your one in a life-time opportunity to fulfill your dreams.
The beach house is located on the beautiful Island of Brac in the Adriatic Sea. From the house you can enjoy a 900 meter walk, surrounded by spectacular marine life, to Brac's second largest town, Milna.
In addition to the Island's own airport, there is also a shuttle ferry between the International airport of Split and the Island.
This amazing beach house has four bedrooms, bathroom, shower, two toilets, a large living room with a bar kitchen, sea-view terrace, an out-door barbeque area, a private beach, and a private pier with four berths.
In addition, the house is built on a good foundation of solid stone, and both interior and exterior details have been crafted by one of Bracs most renowned constructors. The level of detailed quality of which the house is founded upon, sets it apart from similar objects on the Island, and makes it one-of-its-kind.
