Ramjas School No. 5 is one of the several educational temples run by Ramjas Board, New Delhi.  The history of the Ramjas Schools goes back to over 80 years back.  It was the vision of Lala Rai Kedar Nath that resulted in the creation of a chain of schools and colleges in and around Delhi.  No wonder these schools are the front runners in academic excellence in the country.

One very special feature about the schools run by the Ramjas Boards is that they provide highly subsidised and high quality education in order to make the children not only successful in their career but also extremely commendable moral character.  The kind of environment that the schools thrive to provide in the schools is fairly conducive to right kind of upbringing of the students free from barriers of relegion, caste, financial status etc.
