Daria is a show about a cynical, sarcastic, intelligent and very cool teenage girl called... you guessed it, Daria. Living in the 'typical' american suburban life, complete with the family and school, Daria Morgendorffer is not a comformist. The show offers a commentary and satire mix that makes an animation even adults can watch, and enjoy. Having moved to a new house in Lawndale, the previously friendless Daria finds an accomplice in the arty, and also very cool, Jane Lane ...who happens to have a cute older brother by the name of Trent that, yes, Daria does develop a crush on. At home there is the working parents, and a younger sister that is everything Daria isn't. The popular, 'do you think i'm cute', and bubbly Quin is not always on the best terms with Daria, who is refered to as 'a cousin or something' whenever they are at school. There are many other characters in the show, but if you want to meet them all, you'll just have to go and watch it. And there's a movie comming out soon to boot.
