	In september 2000 a meteroite hits Antartica, melting the continent and tilting the Earths axis so the wether is never the same again. Half the worlds population dies because of this event. 15 years later, all that is left between mankinds survival and annailiation by the mysterious beings named Angels, is a group of teenagers piloting giant biomachines called Evangelion. This animation spans 26 half hour episodes plus two movies. It primarily follows Ikari Shinji, a 14yr old boy as he and his fellow pilots Soryu Asuka Langly and Ayanami Rei, rage war against the Angels and it is slowly reveled what actually occured in the past 15 years, and the strange future that is to come.
