October 2006 Trip to the Eufaula Lake Area

In early October 2006, we headed east to the Eufaula Lake area for some hiking and exploration of a new area. It was a nice early autumn day, and the geology/ecology in this region, at the edge of the Ozark uplift, were remarkably different than in central Oklahoma.
