Fishman, Paula  (posted March 1, 2005)
I live in Coral Springs, Florida for the past 12 years.  I never married and am owned by a 8 year old golden retriever, Shelby.  I am also involved in many dog related activities. For the past several years, I have been taking care of my elderly mom, so this has been my full-time job.

Geller, Jackie  (posted Sept. 27, 2005)
I have been married to Gary for 31 years. Gary retired two years ago.  He was head of the Department of  Nuclear Medicine at Nassau University Medical Center.  I have taught preschool. In my spare time, I became addicted to genealogy.  I was president of the Jewish Genealogy Society of Long Island from 1997-2000.  We have one daughter, Robin, age 24.  Robin graduated from the University of Hartford with a B.A. in Math.  She is working towards her M.S. in Math at Hofstra University.  We divide our time between East Meadow, NY and Lake Worth, Florida.  Yes, we are snowbirds and winter is not part of our vocabulary anymore.

My husband Gary, retired 2 years ago.  He was a Radiologist at the Nassau University Medical Center. We are now snow-birding, living half the year on Long Island and the other in Florida.

Goldberg, Lois  (posted June 15, 2005)
We just celebrated our daughter Gaby’s bat mitzvah.
(See Photo 10.) She made us quite proud. She takes professional voice lessons from an opera singer.  At the reception, she sang from Phantom Of the Opera and also did a number with her friend from The Supremes. It was so much fun!  I’ll send more news soon.

Goldman, Anita  (posted, September 27, 2005)
Lots has happened in the 35 years since leaving valley stream.  I married Timothy Brown in 1979.  Tim is from Littleton Colorado and we met when he came east to do his residency in ob-gyn.  I am a midwife and nurse practitioner and Tim and I have a practice in Massapequa, NY.  We live just north of Syosset, where we raised our 3 kids and 4 dogs...Brian age 21 is a senior at NY Maritime majoring in international business and transportation, David-20 is a junior at MIT majoring in physics, and Cassie just started SUNY-Geneseo with an intended bio-chem major.  I also have a part time position as a tournament bridge director (saw Joan Fels Stone up in White Plains).  The 17th of Sept. I will be working the Long Island Regional bridge tournament out in Smithtown, so I won’t be able to come to the reunion.....Hope you all have a good time...Anita Goldman Brown

Grillo, Henry  (posted Nov. 1, 2004)

The photo I’ve attached
(photo 5) is pretty recent.  That's me, my wife Kathy, our daughter Kristin and our son Daniel; and Toby in the front row.  Here's our news from North Carolina:  I'm taking a break from teaching at the North Carolina School of the Arts this year, working there instead on an Administrative Fellowship in the Chancellor's office.  Kathy is designing costumes for 6 operas this year, and is preparing for a very large production of Barber of Seville next year in St. Louis.  Kristin finishes up at Duke in the spring; Daniel just began his college career at Cornell this past fall.  Hope you and your family are doing well!

(posted Oct. 1, 2004) "OK Steve, you inspired me to do it!  Our daughter Kristin is in her senior year at Duke and facing the inevitable - what to do now!  Meanwhile, our son is just beginning his college experience as a freshman at Cornell. ---   As far as my life is concerned, after teaching at North Carolina School of the Arts for 21 years, I (finally) won a Teaching Award at the school.  I was also fortunate, in the same year, to have won the Excellence in Teaching Award from the Board of Governors of the University of North Carolina.  It kind of validates all those years of standing in front of college students and trying to squeeze water from a stone!?"  Congratulations, Henry on your awards!
