Remembering Tim Brady I received news that Tim Brady of our class passed away on Monday morning. He died at home of lung cancer, while in hospice care. The news came from Joe Vissichelli. If anyone knew him well enough to write a short paragraph or two, I will post it on our website, along with his pohotgraph, so we all can remember him properly. His obituary in Newsday asks: In lieu of flowers donations made to St. Anne's Cancer Care Center Mercy Hospital, 1000 North Village Avenue, Rockville Centre, 11570 or Good Shepherd Hospice, 528 Mineola Avenue, Carle Place, NY 11514 in Timothy's name would be appreciated. From Robin Hammer: I didn’t really know him that well, but I lived next door to him from the time I was 5 until about 15. He was a good kid, nice looking, quite tall with blonde hair, and a big smile. We used to play ihis backyard, along with his brother Ricky and 3 or 4 others from the neighborhood. We used to play stickball in the street. I played my first spin the bottle with him. God rest his soul. If you have more information on Tim, please send it along to be posted here. And if you have any photos of Tim, besides his graduation photo, please send that too. All photos will be returned. |
