"Since I had come back to Green Acres...now Mill Brook, seven years ago to live, it was probably a very different experience for me. I was curious to see what others now thought of our community and school through adult eyes. I was glad to see that most thought the neighborhood and school still looked good, as I am proud to live here and be an active part of the community! I thought Karen's comment after the Principal at SHS said that he was going to show us some things that are different now as compared to when we went to school was telling. She said, "Well, I can tell you one thing that's different. Everyone here, including the teachers, is younger than us!" I was thrilled that Joan remembered the Forest Road School song as I had wracked my brain trying to think of it to no avail...thanks Joan! And I am really excited that Steve and I tracked down Miss Beethoven and plan to get together with her soon. That kind of completes the circle that started with the idea of having the reunion! Thanks to Steve for helping to put it all together...it was great seeing all of you!
