In hard times you did your best To keep things running well. Yet all the while you were there To catch us when we fell.

The years went by so fast it seems, Then all of us were grown. Leaving you and Dad alone We went out on our own.

That never changed your roll in life, You really knew no other. Even death can't break the bonds. You're in our hearts, dear Mother.*
