Each year I prepare for Thanksgiving by thinking of the blessings I have had during the year. This year is a special Thanksgiving for me. Last year I set out on a new life adventure and I truly have many blessings to be thankful for. I hope you will stop and give lots of thought, not to the negatives in your life, but to the true blessings that you have to be thankful for this Thanksgiving Day!
Special Recipe | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
This is a recipe for dressing that I have used for many years. I have never served it to anyone who didn't rave over it. It's not dry, very moist, rich and flavorful. I am including brand names with the recipe because I do believe that the quality of the ingredient makes the dish.

Remove from heat. Place stuffing mix in a mixing bowl & pour the warmed ingredients over it. Lightly stir the two eggs until the yellows are broken & mixed well with the whites. Pour eggs over the stuffing mix. Toss the ingredients together until the stuffing mix is moist & no liquid can be seen.
