Diffusion

Summary of section/Missing information

Diffusion is a net movement of particles forms an area of high concentration to an area of lower concentration. There are three key factors that effect how diffusion works, the concentration, if there is a higher concentration there is a higher rate of diffusion. If it is a lower concentration then there is a lower rate of diffusion. With temperature and pressure if it increases the two factors then it will increase concentration and if the concentration decreases then there is a lower rate of concentration increase. All of the objects that are moving have energy, the movement is called kinetic energy. The result of diffusion is called dynamic equilibrium which is the result of diffusion where there is a constant movement but there is no overall charge.
