MY COMRADE MAGAZINE

My Comrade magazine first came to print in 1987, and after a decade-long hiatus that started in 1994 it was finally revived in 2004. The release of a new issue was during last Easter.    Linda Simpson, founder and editor of the magazine wore a lavender dress to receive her guests who showed up dressed to kill. There were Jesus everywhere, orgy tents, lions, freaks, drag queens...it was indeed a very busy party with so much interesting things to do and see: a typical Linda Simpson's party.    There was a funny solo presentation by Dynasty Handbag(Miss Lower East Side) followed by the group Da Lipstyxx that brought the house down with their glam songs.    My Comrade magazine is a fun, witty, very smart magazine with great hilarious interviews,  sexy boys, glamorous old school drag queens and great illustration  by well known artists.    Austin Scarlett, Milan(Da Lipstyxx) and Dirty Martini were the models of the first color cover of My Comrade magazine. http://www.mycomrade.com GAZELLE COLUMN MENU
