The Guild Rules
Here is where you will find all the rules that MUST be followed in order
to be a part of Warlord Kingdom. Read them carefully.
Warlord Kingdom reserves the right to remove and/or ban any member as we
sit fit to do so. (meaning if they are causing too many problems, we get
too many complaints or for any reason that reflects badly on the guild!
| ADVERTISING THE GUILD |
| You may advertise the guild on your userlookups,
petpages, shops or your own website by using the provided logos
or your own text. But DO NOT advertise the guild at the trading
post! It is against Neopets rules and you could get your account
frozen for doing it as well as get the guild closed! |
| GETTING HACKED |
| DO NOT give out your password to anyone! Even if
you think you can trust them don't do it! This is the only way
you can get hacked! If you do this and someone does hack your
account we Warlord Kingdom is not responsible for this happening
nor are any of its members so don't ask or beg any member for np
or items. You were the one to make the mistake of giving out
your password not us! If a member wishes to help it is up to
them and solely their responibility not ours, DO NOT post it on
the message board that you were hacked or need help. Neopets has
informed me that this is the only way for an account to get
hacked and why they don't help the victims if it does. They also
recommend changing your password every couple months or so. |
| FROZEN ACCOUNTS |
| If you get your account frozen and create a new
do NOT bother to rejoin this guild! You will not be allowed in
simply because you obviously did something unacceptable in order
for your account to be frozen by neopets. The few bad apples out
there are causing an awful lot of trouble and inconvenience to
the rest of us, and Warlord Kingdom will NOT be of any help or
have anything to do with such members of neopets! |
| FOR ALL COUNCIL MEMBERS |
| You MUST send a weekly report to either cuda1111
or dreemmayden about your position and how it is going. Or you
may post it at the guild forum under "Council
Members". This is our way of keeping tabs on how things are
with the guild. Failure to do this may result in a demotion. If
we are forced to warn you 2 or more times you will be demoted.
If you've been demoted you MUST remove the badge from your
userlookup/shop.
To Apply for a position in the council you MUST read the job
descriptions found at the Guild
Jobs page. |
| 1NP AUCTIONS & TRADES |
| We currently are using 1np auctions and trades as
a way for members to get items at a much cheaper price to help
you earn np since we are unable to hold contests right now. All
that is required for these is for you to make your bids. You
should always check the guild message board and the guild forum
daily for these notices. |
| GAMES |
GAMES/PARTIES CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE! DUE TO
NEOPETS OUTLAWING THEM!
You MUST follow ALL game rules! Failure to do so will result in
disqualification from that game or party.
ALL GAMES AND/OR PARTIES DO NOT REQUIRE YOU TO DONATE OR BUY ANY
ITEM OR GIVE NP IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE PRIZE! WE WILL NEVER ASK
THIS OF YOU! IF SOMEONE DOES REPORT THEM TO EITHER CUDA1111 OR
DREEMMAYDEN OR PRECIOUS_JEWEL_77! |
| MESSAGE BOARD |
MESSAGE BOARD/FORUM
You are REQUIRED to register at the guild FORUM once you've
joined Warlord KIngdom! This is where the council members post
their updates and notices. It is also where you can post any
ideas that you may have for the guild. If you have any
complaints you may post them at the forum also. Please DO NOT
post them at the guild message board!
Do NOT post any unacceptable messages, such as spam/scams/or
messages that are racially biased, degrating or insulting to
others! Repeat offenders will be removed! If we hear of any
member spamming or scamming players outside of the guild those
members will be removed from warlord kingdom indefinitely! This
behavior reflects badly on warlord kingdom and will NOT be
tolerated!
DO NOT bother members asking them to give free stuff or ask to
BORROW anything!

| RANK ADVANCEMENT |
RANK ADVANCEMENT
The guild offers different ranks for the members to strive for
allowing them to move up in the guild hierarchy. The ranks are
as follows: Knave to Guard to Warrior to Dark Knight to Warlord.
New members start at Knave and can rise all the way to Warlord.
RANK GUIDELINES: (how you advance in rank)
To advance in rank you MUST be ACTIVE and participate A LOT!
You are required to send a message to the General of the Guard
(visit the guild jobs page to read the job description of the
General of the Guard), telling him what contest/games/quests/1np
auctions/1np trades/or what polls you voted at. Also tell him if
you donated at all that month, (Read donation instructions
below).
The General must send a monthly report to cuda1111 with his
recommendations for who should receive a promotion in their rank
if any. |
| DONATIONS |
DONATIONS
We are no longer accepting donations! If you wish to purchase
items from members shops that is fine and is your choice.
Warlord Kingdom is not responsible for these things. But they
will not be counted as donations! |
| PARTICIPATION |
PARTICIPATION
You MUST be an active member in Warlord Kingdom!
This means you HAVE to do something in the guild either by
posting messages, playing contests, quests, game room, voting at
polls and so on. You MUST do something! If you do nothing in a
30 day period your name will be given to the DARK HORSE
MESSENGER & he/she will send you a message asking why you
haven't been participating. If you do not reply to him/her
within a weeks time he/she will contact cuda1111 letting him
know that you haven't responded. Your name will then be placed
on the PENDING REMOVAL list. The Dark Horse Messenger then sends
you a Pending Removal message. If you still don't get back to
him/her within another week. You will be removed from the guild.
If you didn't read the messages in time to reply or you wish to
rejoin you may do so but will be placed on a 6 month probation
period. At the end of 6 months if you have participated or
posted messages often enough then you will be taken off of
probation and allowed to continue as normal. NOTE that you will
be placed back at knave in rank if this happens and will have
work your way back up. This is only if you were higher in rank
then knave when you were removed.
The most active member will be given the title of Member of the
Month. |

If you do 2 or more of the above activities then you qualify as
an Active Member and can post as many or as little messages as
you like.
If you do less then 2 of the above activities then you MUST post
at least one message a week to qualify as an Active Member.
If you do nothing for 30 or more days you risk being removed
from the guild. |
