Bar-B-Q Alexander
This recipe makes one fine Bar-B-Q sandwich, fast. |

- 2 slices of Bacon
- 1 slice of smoked ham
- 1 slice of cheese (any type you like)
- 2 Table spoons of garlic-flavored Bar-B-Q sauce
- Shredded cabbage and onion ( desired amount )
- 2 slices of bread or sandwich roll ( desired type )
- 1/2 lemon or lime

Bar-B-Q Alexander
Place bacon, ham, lemon juice and Bar-B-Q sauce in a skillet and saute until desired doneness of meat. Remove the meat from the pan to bread or bun. Place cabbage and onion in the same pan and saute in the remaining sauce until slightly limp. Then place on other slice of bread. Top meat with cheese and serve.
