Lexie's original owner was having problems with Lexie and wanted to either find her a new home or put her down. The main problems were that she was digging out of the yard and escaping and wetting her bed every night.
We put out the call for help to our wonderful Boxer Friends, via the Boxer Mailing List and the BoxerLovers of California Group, and a wonderful couple came forward to answer the call. With full knowledge of Lexie's history they opened their home and hearts to this very sweet girl. I am happy to report that she has adapted wonderfully and is on medication for her incontinence and has made no attempt to dig out of their yard. A HAPPY ENDING for all!! |
