My all time high weight was right about 425 lbs.  it has taken me two years to get to almost 100lb loss.  In that time I lost 80+ - then gained 60+ back etc.  I am going to catalogue this weight chart taking one leap from the 425lb mark to my most recent starting point.  Thereafter it will be week by week.

MY NEW GOAL IS TO BE UNDER 300 LBS BY APRIL 1ST 2003.  SEEMS LIKE A LONG TIME BUT THE PAST 3 MONTHS HAVE BEEN ROUGH SO I'M THINKING THIS MIGHT BE REALISTIC.
