JUST ENOUGH EDUCATION TO PERFORM was originally going to be called J.E.E.P (short for the now full title), but the company who make Jeeps in America put a stop to this just weeks from it's release. When it was released it went straight to number 1. It was bundled together with SONGPLAYER software, wich taught you how to play MR. WRITER plus an enhanced CD rom including: LYING IN THE SUN & SIZE 9's acoustic videos and an interview with the band.

Since it's original release a second version has been issued so as to include, 8. HANDBAGS AND GLADRAGS, & 12. SURPRISE. There is no Songplayer or CD rom with this version.  The band initially didn't want this version released it was the record company's decision, this turned out to be a wise one as it has gone back up to number 1.
