| We have the greatest honour to be able to venerate a relic of our Lord Buddha, said to be a relic of his brain, first given to a brother in the Dharma who wishes to be anonymous,who later gave it to Persatuan Dharma Padmasambhava (kluang), who donated it to our temple. We would like to thank the numerous and dedicated Buddhists who contributed much time and donations to make it a success. We received the Relic on the Eve of Wesak 2548,brought through Malacca during the annual Wesak Day procession organised by Seck Kia Eenh, Malacca. During the Wesak service, many Buddhists took the opportunity to view the relic in the casing. Though small and colorless,it brought much joy to all who came to venerate it. After the Wesak Day celebrations, we installed it in our main shrine hall. Any who wish to come and venerate the priceless relic please feel free to do so. Sadhu! Sadhu! Sadhu! |
