Oh Lord, where to start. This is one of those sequels where seeing the second one and not the first doesn't really matter. Our friend from the first one, axel or whatever (the fonz guy), is back. Well some girl is being stalked by her principal who is usin the ol' 976-EVIL #, why not just call Cleo. Anyway, this movie had hardly anything to do with the # at all. What happens is Axel goes after the demonic principal, who has been turned by the satanic phone number. Well Axel hops on the motorcycle and tries to blow up the principal who is driving a semi he just so happens to own. Anyway Axel dies but the girl buys an astrology book and turns Axel into a hologram and he pushes the guy off a cliff. and u thought the first one was bad!
