Clint Howard made this one what it is. Maybe he should stick with acting in his brothers movies and not these cheesers. the plot is about how when he was young he saw the ice cream king get shot down in a major suburban drive by, so he takes over the business as an evil ice cream man. he does stupid ass things, he puts eyes and roaches and blood in the ice cream and no one notices, i don't know whats dumbed the ice cream man or the guys eating the ice cream. the kids in the movie were out late and when the fat kid gets startled by the cop car, he shoots his rocket and blows the front of the car up. then the ice cream man goes to deliver ice cream to a fine hoe who wants to have sex with him, of course he doesn't but he does serve her her husbands head on an ice cream cone, and then kills her for an extra fee. the STUPID cops searched all AROUND the ice cream truck, but never IN the ice cream truck. he dies when he's mixing some Peanut Butter Brickle for this little kid, when he pushes him in. then the kid gives the evil eye, like he's gonna do some ice cream distributing, why do they always set up for a sequel????
