LAUGH-O-METER SAYS: 2-10

Well once again we judged a cheesy horror movie by its cover. its about this toymaker who is obsessed with making toys. and he goes around judging the kids in the neighborhood. when he finds out some parents aren't being good he kills them. he dresses up as santa climbs through their chimney and kills the parents while the kids think hes santa walking through their house. i remember someone falling into the snow and it was just a glittery white sheet. i also remember a kid in his room lookin at a hustler. the only other mildly funny part was when the neighbors riot against him and they all light up hand made torches that all neighbors have just incase a stupid movie with a loser nerd killer santa comes along.
